ok so awhile back i put some upr upper and lowers on my car mainly because they were cheap and are good enough until i do some more bigger upgrades WAY later down the road. Well when i went to put the swaybar on i couldnt bolt on the two metal pieces that go on the rear control arms like the stockers. It's the metal piece that goes in the middle of the stock arm and holds s line that goes the the rear caliper(not brake line). Well it was fine for a while and now the line is rubbing my tires and is wearing the line down. Should i get spacers or is there something else i can do like new swaybar or such?

the cable i tried to pull it in but it wants to stay out near the wheels. The upr control arms are solid and theres nowhere to put the little bracket so its just haning down. I was thinking 1/2 spacers would solve the problem
