Finally got the time to do a full 2-stage on the Bimmer.
-Washed and Nanoskinned first
-Chemical Guys V36 Cutting Polish on an Uber Orange Medium Compounding pad
-Chemical Guys P40 Finishin Polish on a Uber Blue Final Polish Pad
-Menzerna Powerlock on an Uber Grey Sealant Pad
-Basic cleanup of the wheels with CG Extreme Slick Quick Detailer and some Meguiars Spray wax
-Cleaned up all the black trim with Mother's Back to Black. Also put a layer over most of the engine bay plastic and in the wheel wells.
-Meguiar's Interior Quik Detailer for the whole interior, then put some Lexol Leather Conditioner on the leather.
I really wish I had something with a little more cut for the first stage. There's some fairly deep marring on the rear decklid and some scratches on the passenger fender/door that I wasn't able to pull out with the V36/Orange combo even with a long work time and a couple of passes. Menzerna FG400 and an Uber Yellow pad probably would have done the trick, but I have neither of them these days.
I did however manage to clean up some of the piss poor touch up paint that someone had applied in the past. They used a single stage touchup paint and just globbed it on. I cut the ridges way down and it looks 10x better.
