i asked my auto teacher and he said that my caliper is not grabbing or something ..what fo you guys think?

what ever it is its only comming from the right front brake area

Have you had the brakes done recently or worked in that area? sounds like it could be the dust shield for the caliper rubbing the rotor. it's stamped thin metal and makes a sound almost identical to that when it rubs. you can check if with the wheel on so it might be worth a look

it only happens when i hit the brakes in drive also if im in reverse or neutral or park it doesnt do it

I doubt its your breaks.My Guess is its a Bushing possibly the Sway bar, But who knows,Until you check it out its just a guessing game.

i thought it might be that but just got new sway bar bushings and its still doin it.
