do i need all these items my car has 70k miles and is a stock 99 gt and i am not looking to add any more power. i am going to change the clutch but wanted to know if i need everything on this list because i am not looking to spend much. i am either going to get a stage 1 spec or ford racing clutch. and is it needed to change the rear main seal even if it is not leaking.

solid one piece quadrant
rear main seal
ford throwout bearing
ford pilot bearing
ford oem clutch cable
ford oem clutch fork
mm firewall adjuster
pivot ball
pivot ball stud
Spec Aluminum Flywheel or resurface old
clutch kit
TOB retainer?

you can just do the the clutch swap (pressure plate, disk, tob and pilot bearing) and machine the flywheel and done if your trying to save cash i wouldnt replace the pivot ball or clutch fork unless they are worn no point replacing good parts the fire wall adjuster and quadrant are just a nice extra but not required
