so i did a tune up on my f150's 302, fuel filter/air filter, plugs, cap and rotor, and the coil.....
the cap/rotor are pretty nasty seen in pic below, and oh my god these plugs were f'ed up.
one plug was an "#1 in the picture" autolite 25 which is what i replaced them all with and it was even gapped right about .052. dig this though the rest were boush platinums and 2 at .036 two at .039 and the rest at .040. one of the platinums however "#2 in the pic" is so corroded that there is no more gap its all white deposits sealing off the gap as seen in pics below.
moral of the story i guess nothings right unless youve done it yourself, f'ing thing runs like a dream now.....
