Well the engines lights on code P0420... keeps comin up so if i buy a set of MIL eliminators this should solve the problem right? and it says it comes with 2, do i need to buy 4 for all o2 sensors?

Yes, you need 2 MIL eliminators for the rear O2 sensors and the code will go away.
