I am actually in the process of trying to buy an Explorer GT40 Upper/Lower and from what I understand if you get it from a 96 Explorer it will bolt right up and the EGR is already in the Intake...if you get it from a 97 or 98 Explorer you will have to drill/tap for the EGR.
$150 is the going rate these days...
Someone might want to chime in and make sure I am correct on my statements above
