I was wondering if anyone has supercharged an 99- early 01 (windsor) and how did it turn out? any problems? late 01-04 has a differ tranny diff cam set up diff crank gears.

ive got the windsor supercharged and cammed and at 427rwhp and 150,000 miles. NO PROBLEMS. Stock heads, stock shortblock!

Bout to build it though.

I've been running a supercharger on my Windsor for over 50,000 miles without any problems. Baker has me beat on mileage though. Mine only has 131,000 miles on it.

and yes I do to, but with baker now and eagle, i guess I am still a noob. No problems with mine, though I dont drive it every day.

Just a little help, My good friend "had" one.

If your looking to supercharge a stock engine be careful how you do it.

my friend has a 2000 windsor and broke a rod, with a 1.7 kenne bell (old style) intercooled at 6 psi.

if its a high mileage motor its probably more at risk.

From what I understand a centri like Baker has is less stress on the motor than a kenne bell.

depends on how you drive it too.

Yeah the twin screws are a lil more stressful but they should still be aight and all.

ive got 150,000 miles and i got supercharger at about 127,000 miles or so.
