Doing the windstar swap, get intake bolted down, fuel rail sensor and coolant bypass have plenty of room, not hitting intake, lower intake is clean, start car and it back fires twice, smoke test the intake no vacuum lines are leaking, but every spot on the lower intake is by every bolt, I tried re tighting them with no luck, any ideas? Thanks
I did also tighten the intake evenly

Found the problem, fricken felpro gaskets let me down agian, luckily the factory ford ones were in good shape, the felpros leaked bad, 25yo fords sealed great!
