You've already racked up 13k on that thing? Good gravy
Dude, when I'm in class I have a 60 mile drive every day. Now though, since my major was changed to Advanced Manufacturing, I don't have to go Thursday or Friday saving me 120 miles. But I was driving literally every day there and back, it racks up fast. I don't buy my cars to sit, man.

I feel that 60 mile drive, im down to only two days a week for my last semester and then I can get a job finally as a civil engineer and start doing some bigger badder mods hehe.

Have you ever read some of his post. He goes to Mexico every weekend.
Those hour drives to Mexico get to ya.

Congrats man. I've still got 3 years of school left sooooo I'm there for a while longer.

Stick with it man you will be happy when its all done. Im so excited about being finally done with 4 yrs of engineering classes lol.

Then it would follow the same procedures as normal warranty.

And **** the guy that designed the MT82. I've been fighting one all morning just trying to get the rear section put together.

People buy aftermarket warranty and think its the same as Factory...

Decided I'm gonna send mine off to Ben Calimer and have him build it. Doing his phase 1 kit, should be butter and hold up to when I boost the car. Talking to him I learned quite a bit. With his build, they are just as strong as a T56 Magnum but a whole hell of a lot less money. $800 for his phase 1, and then $900 for cryo treated and REM polished synchro's which make it good for 1000hp.

Or you could of got an auto from the get go.

Because I thought I was going to blow through two of these transmissions like I have. I was going to trade a guy for his 6R80 this winter, but I might not now. I'm going turbo so it'd help, but that's why they made WOT boxes.

Talked to my bank guy today. After running some numbers, we Figured out that i can refinance my car for a shorter term than i have left, cut my interest rate in half, payments go up by 25 bucks, i save 5k in interest over the life of the loan and its paid off 8 months sooner lol.

DEFINITELY gonna do it.

He also said that they have to add a grand to the loan for internal procedure purposes, which i can put right back down on the loan as payment which basically means the refi costs me almost nothing...then part of me wants to spend it on parts hahaha. Be responsible! the struggle is real

You cant out shift and automatic.
Never said I could. I can drive the car just fine and well enough to where I will meet all of my goals without having to go auto. I have no reason for an auto when most of my racing is not on the strip. If I were more dedicated to drag racing, then it'd have an auto.

man tran ftmfw! even though the mt-82 sucks balls. Also just got a call from ford and was told the new tranny should be shipped out the 13th.. this is one hell of a waiting game.

Dropped mine off at the dealer today. Have a weird vibration/shutter around 75-80 again. This one is different than when it was the rear end. Sounds to be up front. No vibration in steering wheel or shifter, even with Blowfish bracket, so I'm thinking it's not drive line or tire related. Also makes the weird noise when doing around 73 and let off throttle. I thinking it's a bushing or something.
