Well i finally Pulled the running codes and stored codes after I finished my rewiring of the harness.

Fuel pump circuit open-eca to ground
Fuel pump relay primary circuit
Fan control primary circuit
Air temp signal too high

What does these mean and where do I need to look?

well i called a well known Tuning shop around here called JMS. they deal with mustangs all day long. he also said to check all my grounds, which ive been in the process of doing. this is also including the grounds in the harness going to the sensors and such. he also said that my fuel pump could be going or straight up is bad. which has been my idea also which is why ive had a new one sitting in my trunk for the past 2 months. i stay so busy i dont get time to work on my car half the time. so ill be checking my wiring going to the pump as well as changing the pump.

You fuel pump could be the issue and so could your grounds. The fact you have the fuel pump and the fan codes, I would suspect that your CCRM (Constant Control Relay Module) is going out. It's the black box that's attached to the bracket that holds the radiator overflow reservoir and is the relay for the fuel pump and cool fan controls.

Reason I say that is because after I replaced my fuel pump I was still getting the codes. Didn't find out it was the CCRM until I started overheating.

What symptoms are you having other than getting the codes?

Here's a picture of out CCRM from LMS.
