is it dipped? or have some kinda color changing paint? or are my eyes just ****ing with me because that looks too glossy for dip

Looks like it could be auto flex or a wrap. I doubt it's dip but it could be. Anyways looks really good I'm that color.

I actually upgraded to a wrap. It's a 2 layers of vinyl. A dark teal base color. With KPMF blue star light over later on top of it. Comes out pretty glossy
