Running it till I can swap an auto in it.Are you going to run the excedy clutch or upgrade? Debating if I wanna cheap out or go with a twin disk lol
This ^Run the stock clutch til it dies. It's the easiest on the trans. After that I would really recommend a single. Either a Exedy 500/600 or a spec 2+. You don't want the clutch to be stronger than the trans. I'd rather the clutch slip versus breaking something inside the mt82. RST is a good choice too because of the organic discs. They don't grab as hard as the ceramic rxt.
I am but its so annoying my clutch is glazed after 2 pulls, and the pedal is on the floor. Drove her to Key West and back from Tuscaloosa for our spring break. 16 hours/950 miles one way. Had no less than 3 passengers the entire time and it drove like a ****ing champ.
