hey i guys i have a 1996 gt with 40 series flowmasters and getting 3 inch pipes..my dads getting me an h pipe for christmas with no cats..will it be way to loud or will it sound perfect and smoothe..??

3 in. is way overkill.. you really wont need anything past 2.5....

it should sound good as hell man! no worries! i gutted my cats & welded in a set of dynomax bullets & it sounds really good!

The H pipe shouldn't give you the snap, crackle, pops to bad. They are worse with X pipes than H. I should sound baddass with that setup. Make a sound clip after you put it on.

the h pipe will sound good with the flows. no crackle and rasp. here is a clip of a catless prochamber(type of h pipe) with flows.
