Here is my ride, this is after installing H&R Sport Springs. Now the car here is only lowered about 1.75" total. It ow sits a bit lower. My LCA, UCA we're adjusted on the higher setting to prevent tire to quarter panel contact.
they reduce a littel rubbing wear to the springs and control arms and also quite things down a little bit. your suspension is constantly wrking while driving, so they will mkae a little nopise, but hoestly, i hvant noticed any suspension noise without isolaters
2 inch drop is good looking trust me,but if ur town is like mine u will drag over everything, thats why i had to put the factory springs back on mine without the insulators
I put the isolators on my new springs, it really does quiet the suspensio down. I had Maximum Motorsports Springs in my car w/o the isolators vs. H&R Sport Sprigs ground down w/ isolators big difference. IMHO
My car has a 2 inch drop all around with 10 inch rims 315/30/18 in the rear. 9 inch wide in the fronts 275/35/18. No camber caster plates and i have no rub. Well at least for now. Ive put about 5000 miles on the tires so far and no problem. As long as you rotate and balance. By rotates you must pop the tire off and switch it rim so it will even itself out.
I'm actually sellin em and throwin on some 19x8.5 and 19x10.5 SSR GT3's or some CCW 505A's. They look very similar to eachother and cost similar too, but idk which to go with.
yea them rims are sick. what about maxspeed springs. there was another mustang forum that said they lowered their stang 2" and said that their ball joints went out. why is that? would that happen to my stang if i lowered it 2"?
