I would go with a bigger maf, like a 90mm LMaf, or a BA2400. The stock maf will be a restriction and any intake restriction on a PD blower will cost HP. Depending on your intake configuration, the stock maf may be pegged at 9psi.
i thought that even if you dont need it ou w.e that the lmaf will do incredible things to your mustang?? just wondering if thats true... and if its bigger wont that let more air into ur endine neway? equalling more hp?
you have to move the extra volume of air when you go bigger. i am running a c&l MAF and love it. it is stock size for my app, i dont have the need for a anything larger.
