i am havig trouble finding an x-pipe w/cats for my long tube headers.i have bbk long tubes on the way but i ant find the x-pipe..i have an auto trans..any web sites or info would be awesome...!

go to bbk's web site, summit, american muscle , etc, etc . not saying you cant make 'em fit but when a manufactuer says it wouln't fit its usually good enough for me.

all cat backs fit any mid. mac stuff is so-so not the greatest but far from the worst. if I was gonna do long tubes I'd most likely go with mac's ( mine's an auto also so I know what your going thru )

just looked & yes they do make a mac style catted x, your all set. never noticed that on there but I don't really care for the sound of an x pipe so I would never have looked if not for this thread.
hey i have some cheap long tubes and xpipe. there pacesetter and i had to get a offroad xpipe and weld some high flow cats into it. i also have dynomax racing mufflers on it. doesnt even sound like a mustang anymore but i love the sound. 02muscle if u want to hear them call me at 757 470 6901. i would have to say i think my mustang is probably one of the loudest i have ever heard

i liked the sound of the x pipe on my friends stang for about a month, then it just got annoying... which is why I went H pipe on mine.
its all personal preference. Get what you will enjoy. There will be haters for everything, but if you like it, who gives a ****?
and as far as Mac being so-so quality... I got my COATED long tubes and o/r h pipe brand new for $515 shipped... and the fitment was perfect. Of course, I didnt have an auto though.
