who cares about idle...and IMO, yes...it sounds WAY better at WOT too

Ive been driving around in a 540rwhp Saleen all day today...damn the feel of the rediculous low end torque is so insane!
oh agreed, the twin screws sound crazy at wide open with their whine... The Procharger does have an understated sound at wide open though... its a high pitched whistle/hiss.... its not as loud as the TS whine but its there...

well i think mabe i should flip a coin?
Nahh. I think the biggest ruling should be:

A. What you want to do with the car and,
B. What the tuner nearest you prefers (If you plan on dyno tuning) .

Odds are if you pick the power adder your tuner is the most experienced with you will have much fewer problems when it comes to making power and keeping things "safe" for you motor.

well get a paxton 2200 novi SL with some 4.10's and see who can keep up with you. Throw a 3000 stall in there and I will bet no one. Or you can get a saleen with some 3.73's, and it will be the same effect. It depends what kind of driving you do and where you want the power. IMO centri paxton, twinscrew saleen. Call seth at brenspeed they have not let you down so far, and alot of serious racers use both the paxton and saleen superchargers. So those are my recomendations and remember its all setup. A centri can beat a twinscrew and vice versa. So just pick one that will complement your driving style and stick with it.

And ps if you are dead set on 4.10s get the paxton. 4.10s on a twinscrew on the street will be very hard to keep on the street. Great if you got some slicks, but too much for a street car.

You are speaking from assumption, not from experience. My buddy's extreme is putting down 540rwhp with a 6-speed with 4:10s...so his gears are even shorter than ours with 4:10s and the car hooks fine and pulls like a mother f*cker...keep the 4:10s

what tires does he have and how are his street launches? I have been in a car with that setup, with less hp and an amazing driver and if you smash it in any kind of weather or in our case comming off a ramp onto the highway, in dry hot weather on new nittos we went side ways for a while, but what do I know.

Funny, people were saying that in 2005 about the stock motor and gears. It's all on how the person drives the car. IMO, if they can't handle 450rwhp+ with 4.10s, they shouldn't be trying it with 3.55s either.
