hey while you are a member here i got a question for you. Is this your EBAY Name: XenonAutoHaus
??????? I was told this was HIDGUY and to buy from him through your ebay account. so i did.
If so i bought 2 kits from you last sunday and i would have thought i would of recieved the package by now and on USPS website the tracking number page hasn't been updated since last monday, and all it says is " Left Anehiem Cali" and nothing else. If you need any other info let me know. Is this normal?

Sorry, that is not us, that is another person who we know not much of, all we know is somehow he is underselling the kits but without authorization; we have heard some bad things and some good things about that seller, but the issue is if you ever need replacement parts or tech help your going to be sord of screwed according to many customers that contact us ..... if you would have purchased through us you would have no worries, we are the manufacturers main distributor .....
Sorry to hear about your order but well we have no control over what he does.

We sell only HID kits, which in a short explanation are the best way to go when upgrading your lighting system, 3 times brighter than any normal halogen bulb and great colors, but if your looking for "xenon halogen" bulbs then I would suggest either go with a full HID kit or keep your stock bulbs, your going to spend anywhere from $40 to $60 on some bulbs that will work only for about 2 months then burn out, and well I say this because we used to sell halogens and well they tend to burn up your stock harnesses and do not last at all, thats why all we sell are HID kits .... if you need further explanation you can always give us a call at 619-646-7441 .....

i have some hid kits from hidguy. a few for cobras and for another vehicle. we had a couple hiccups due to a problem with a vehicle and not a kit. and we had a bad capsule for one of the cobra kits. i was on the phone a few times with oscar here, even late night and on the weekend. he never once seemed bothered and was super helpful and very knowledgeable, very polite helping us out when i'm sure he had better things to be doing. he got us an advance replacement very quickly and made sure we were taken care of. i'm very happy with my dual beam kit, super bright, and i will not hesitate to buy from oscar again, the best vendor support i've ever gotten. two thumbs up
