I had an 89 maxima that I bought for 100 bucks. The guy i bought it from hadn't changed the oil in almost 2 years. The car had 308,--- when I bought it and it was at 331,--- when I sold it to a 16 year old that total'd it. The worst part is the car ran great and had no issues. No leaks no burning and the ac even worked great. This is a pic of it when I bought it. I Yanked the fart can off Threw some tint On it and rocked it for a few years. IT was great little dd. 5 speed 24mpg in town.

Good to know our engines can handle some abuse. Hope mine lasts that long.
and some of these fox bodies ones are crazy 300,000 miles. Wow, these engines just amaze me. guess we all got our moneys worth

117,000 on the chassis, and 114,000 on my stock 302. Ran great, never leaked or burned anything. It was just tired... I got one of the slow 302s not to mention. New motor has like 10,000 miles on it before I got it.

my old 89 LX 347 had 54,786 on the original motor and chassis when pulled..
and my brothers 91 GT original motor has 172,000...runs mint...stock clutch too..haha..drives mint also...

88 mustang 302 185,000 on the dashbut car fax said possible OD fraud so it probably has alot more. I did a compression test and test drove it engine and drivetrain still in good shape. Cant say much for the convertable stuff tho. I wish I had a time machine.

my 01 v6 had 56,8xx i think when i blew it a couple months ago. 98 expedition is at 199,xxx. step dads ranger 220,xxx? somewhere around there. and my moms 08 altima is at like 13k or so
