man i love my macs, there quite as **** unless the rpms are higher then 1500, then she rumbles like no other.
the KP Bluff, one of LI last true natural beautiful spots, has this 50 foot hill you can park on top off. First time i went down it last summer, i had the top down in 1st and the rpms at like 3k. **** sounded like a beast. Everyone was just staring at me, and i was ****ing dumbfounded, just looking at my friend perplexed wondering where in the hell all this grumble came from.

honestly i couldnt tell you, yours are loud but thats cause they are straight through and not chambered, mine are loud and raspy. how loud i wouldnt know as ive never heard my car when im not driving but when i get on her she screams enough so that all i hear is it. Maybe next time you come down we can do a trade for a little bit to see what we like

mac's are the loudest chambered mufflers. I believe slp lm1's are the loudest straight thru's with borlas being a close 2nd. with my experience I always think chambered mufflers sound better on 2v's and straight thru's sound better on 4v's.
