Hey guys,
weems brought me in to help with the editing and approving of articles. I spend a decent amount of time here while I'm at work, so it should help a lot with getting a good bit of the workload off weems, and with getting articles published in a timely fashion.
I was trying to come up with a fair length of time for articles to stay at the top before publishing a new one. I thought 2 weeks at a time, but then ROTM and MOTM would be up there the whole month, leaving no time for articles like the Roush one.
Up until recently, they could just be approved as they came in, since there wasn't too much going on in the mustang world. Now with the 2010's coming out, and the talk of special editions and such, I have a feeling that the number of articles is going to increase. I may leave an article up for a week at a time if there is another article pending, if not, then obviously, I'll just leave the current article up.
If anyone has any other suggestions, please let me know. Like I said, I'm on here a lot, so if you ever have any questions or need anything, just shoot me a PM.
Also, smooth. I hope the "hazing" you got in the clubhouse wasn't directed towards me. I was just busting balls, and although you were the only editor involved in that conversation, it was directed more towards the other 6 or so editors we have that I have not ever seen anything from. I know you do the MOTM and have done other articles, so if you thought I was saying you weren't doing your job, I'm sorry, but that was not the case. You do good work, and have contributed a lot to writing.
