yeah they said everything was fine and that this rarely happens...they try to keep them together but i got two different castings...
Valve covers are off and everything im diggin in and getting this done...will have pics and idle later this evening..

yep the left cam is actually marked..and they both have the etching on the back...and the left side is drivers side...

I agree, and if they split their company in large but seperate divisions, it makes it harder for the people who made the company great to control those.

I disagree with that. If the company is expanding, they should be bringing in more revenue. If they are bringing in more revenue and the company is beginning to see an increase in sales volume, they need to higher more help. It is up to them to hire the kind of people that will continue to grow the business in the way they see fit.

The thing that I think is happening is, since the company is growing, they've hired more, but LESS experienced people, leading to worse customer service. JMHO
If the company is creating large but seperate divisions, then the head people of the company lose control to an extent, right? I don't know if this is true, I am just asking.

Mickey is exactly right. As a business begins to see very large volumes of customers it becomes impossible for the owner to run the company on his own. It is the owners responsibility to hire people that will meet the customer expectations, but that can be a difficult thing to do.
