GT/CS

On a v6?
Image
The guy I bought it off of had it on there. He had some of the stuff done before I bought it. It was a show car for 05 and 06' Before the GT/CS came out. So he had the Gt/CS style before it came out and just took it to shows. I peeled off the front part and was goin to take it off but there was some fading on the car that you could tell compared to behind the vinyl so I just left it on.

It is still just a show car, I don't race with it or anything.

One upon a time my car was a show car, I didn't figure that made it alright for me to put cobra badges on it:no

Anyway Looks good besides the mis decal ing ....

Well would you rather have a faded stripe of color of a vinyl? lol. I've been looking around for something similar to replace it with. I was thinking about getting a custom one with just my last name on it or something.

And I agree thats why I left the rear cap on it, and I don't prance around calling it what it isn't. So I don't race people and hurt the mustang name of letting random people think they beat a gt/cs.

whats awesome is that i carry that gum in my cupholder too :p
Lol, damn right.

Next step for me is to remove the gt/cs vinyls, possibly have that section touched up or get a replacment vinyl. Than It's on to the performance mods. I'm getting the Mustang 8.8" Rear Axle Assembly 3.73:1 Ratio w/ABS w/Trac-Loc to kick it off. (Thanks for advice SSStang) Once thats in I'm going to send my car out to shelby and have them replace the interior with the SC 6 Style. All down the line but hoepfully within 2 years I have this car complete.

I think the last body mod is goin to be the rear window louvers I'm just looking for a good price atm.

not wild about the GT badges on it or the hood pins but it looks good other than that!
Thanks a lot man, and about the badges read my earlier post. BTW would you suggest the vex nitrous system, It could be a nice way to get some extra kick before I can afford the turbo. Always fun to get on it once in awhile.
