I agree with powdercoating over paint for under the hood. I still haven't looked at the link, but I can put 3 and 2 together and get 4 to realize what he's talking about. Powder coating stands up to heat better than paint, my powder coated parts have had no issues whatsoever, when clean they look the same as the day I put them in. Just don't over do it under the hood, sometimes too much paint/coating can be overkill. Make it match the rest of the car so there's some flow to it. Take the time to research whether you want paint or powder coat and exactly what you want to change the color of and everything before you start. I think even a basically stock motor can look good with some color accents and a nice cleaning. If you do somethin' under there def. share some pics.
