Went ahead and order maximum's kit. Super high quality cable( hopefully), firewall adjuster, and stock feel quadrant. Supposed to be nice stuff

BBK stuff depending on what it is tends to be cheaply made in my book.. steeda on the other hand have never seen anything cheaply made for them so i'd say if the price is close go with the steeda

Most all of the kits are good, Just start doing yoga now!!! You have to be pretty flexible for that project!!
I've tested Gripp (BBK), UPR, Steeda, and MM Quadrants, Cables, and FWA's in my '93 GT. The best combo hands down was an OEM Ford cable from MM (I got the "universal" length as the extra foot helped clearance around the headers), MM Quadrant, and any firewall adjuster with a set screw or click-lock mechanism (I use a Steeda FWA). This combo was smooth as butter.
