you hands down if you know how to launch your car well without spinning, h22a auto preludes are slow as balls so yeah just dont miss a gear and you will do fine. Also how can a auto prelude have a sport shifter??? do you meen sport mode shifter like you can shift it yourself? just wanting to get your facts straight.
yeah i ment the sport mode shifter. where all you do is bump up to go thorugh the gears.. well this is gonna be able to let me sleep at night forever and ever thanks boys
mustang by no means has better traction......if the prelude has good tires and you spin he could get you from a dig...I doubt it but if you spin, then there is a chance. From a roll he might take you.
From a traction stand point having a rear wheel drive vehicle will allow you to always get a better launch. I have always had front wheel drive and if you launch hard you spin longer so you have to really know how to race your car to get a good time. Rear wheel usually lock up pretty good because of the momentum and weight shifting to the rear giving better traction and launch times.
