Are you kidding me, 101? What is so hard about this? One situation has NOTHING to do with the other. Jesus. The irony here is incredible. I'm TRYING to help a member here, and you won't respect that.
 
Wow. Like others said, I have dealt with Rich numerous times and bought quite a few parts from him and never had anything but nice things to say about him and his customer service. I find it hard to believe that he would intentionally "screw" someone, so I imagine that to be ignoring you like that Mickey, he must have something serious going on.

But, obviously, sentiment won't help you at this point. Hopefully he will come on here and make it right, and maybe we (or at least you) can get a good explanation out of it, but most importantly hopefully you get your money.

Mickey, I will PM you the phone number that I have for him, but I wouldn't be surprised if it is the same one Mike gave you.

Hey Mickey don't worry. He's not responding to my PMs either. I'm trying to get my cam tools that got sent out around Oct/Nov. If he doesn't have them then he can atleast send me cash for what I paid for them. Hell I've sent those cams all over the U.S. and to a certain Canadian and didn't have one problem. Now I can't even get them back

I blackberry messeged Rich last night and got a response from him right now. He says Mickey has his new number, but at any rate the heads will be at Mickeys door in 5 days.

As I stated, a business going under comes with a massive list of action items and responsibilities. I'd imagine there's some red tape Rich is going through that has his time consumed unwillingly.

Looks like this will travel a to a good ending, Ken maybe pm USA the number. His post up above by a few has an item for addressing.
 
I'll add one more positive for Rich's service (at least when he was in business). Had nothing but positive experiences. Great guy to work with.

Hopefully everything gets settled for everyone.

if you have ever been on that sinking ship.. it completely sucks ass.. the outstanding contracts/sales, the bills, eating, .. and the other side has it bad too.. waiting sucks ass... never been a bigger waste of time!!
I did business with him before barry obama and he was easy to deal with.

i didnt even know he was gone; was going to buy some parts and was looking for his site and couldnt find it; and found this thread instead!

+1 on the credit card. ive had two issues with challenging charges; one on a gun deposit, the other on some plumbing work. both times called the credit card company and explained the situation i.e paid for something that was not delivered. and both times they resolved issue VERY quickly. its free insurance.

alot of people dont like the charges for making a CC sale, and if they give me 5% off and im getting the product right then ill take the discount.

another good option is postal money order; then any fraud is investigated by post office which scares the p1ss out of people and usually gets your money back quick!
 
This is not the first time that something like this happened with Rich. Ask Lacey, if you don't believe me. It wasn't until I stepped in to help that he made right. I know Rich has fallen on hard times, we all know it. I haven't seen him pst in quite a while. Enough is enough though. Mickey PM me the details, I have friends that are local.
 
Bought my intake and tuner from him, had zero problems, got to me pretty quick.

I've bought two sets of cams, springs, retainers, and all kinds of stuff through Rich. Always treated me right. Hope things get settled Mick, how is the car treatin' ya??
