Sick valve covers 101, I can't wait to see them installed. :D
thanks. they're going on this weekend along with my CMDPs. i'll make another thread since everyone thinks this thread is totally **** now. i'll try to do a write up for both. both installs are fairly easy but i figure a newb would want to know every lil detail so he/she doesn't **** anything up.

thats almost identical to mine but i have valvecovers, engine cover, rad tubes and a polished supercharger

You're welcome, that blue is really cool, I'd probably paint them the same color. I'll be happy to see the installs, I noticed no one has made one of either on MM before so you'll probably get a lot of credit for it.

not looking for credit. just looking to help out where i can and return some of the help that i've recieved on this forum. to be honest, i read tacobill's (mustangforums i think) write up as a refresher so alot of the credit should go to him. i just want to put an MM label on this one.

Oh ok, and yeah his write-ups are awesome. I was going to post a write-up last September on how to make delete plates but I ended up forgetting about asking my dad to assist me in finishing making them. :(

I'll for sure post write-ups on a ton of stuff when I mod a s197 someday. :)

u should da a 101 theme on our car..... put a screamin eagle on your fuse box cover and a big ass airborne tab on your spoiler :wink

lol, i've thought about what that would look like before and it never looks pretty in my minds eye. i'm not that hooah anyway. i don't even rock the 5 oh duece magnets so what makes you think i'd rock a ****in chicken head and a goddman non-existant airborne tab lol. how bout i just stick with the murdered sleeper look?

and speeking of murdered sleeper look, i've got a fake rose that i stole from a funeral home hanging off my rear view mirror. is that gay or is that uber sinister?

well, i put on the drivers side cam cover today. by the time i got out of work i only had like an hour of daylight left. i figured that'd be plenty of time, but i realized i didn't have any gasket maker with me so i had to take a trip to autozone. i guess i'll do the passenger side cover after work tomorrw and i'll do the CMDPs saturday morning.

btw, i lost one of the COP bolts lol. the mother ****er fell INTO the K member. i'm kinda nervous driving around with the COP all loose and **** like that (though it works fine for the time being). i guess i'll have to run by the ford dealership tomorrow and see if i can pick up a bolt. hopefully they don't have to order that ****. i don't feel like waiting till next week to get one ****ing bolt.

oh... it fits in there snug though right? i dont reacal the coil moving too much.. i think you will be fine dont get on it hard.... but i dont have to tell you that

DIDNT READ BUT THE FIRST FEW POSTS

A clear hose like that is all cool and dandy, all the way until your coolant starts looking like crap... just saying.

actualy the point of it according to BBR..... it is for strip cars... and you can see into the coolant to pre diagnose engine problems

qoute from site

No more need to open the cooling system to check for a blown head gasket or cracked block or even a blown or restricted water pump. This is a essential piece of equipment for the serious racer that demands minimum "pit in" time. A simple glance at the crystal clear accumulator will tell all you need to know. No more need to open the hot system or pressure test to locate head problems. Similar systems have been in use since the late 60's but never have they been able to stand up to the heavy abuse of racing much less the ability to produce a clear view. These things work!!
2005-2006 Mustang GT Glass Radaitor Hose

however they are out of stock... the company that was making them for BBR wasnt turning a prifit so they discontinued.... BBR has a **** load for fox bodys though
