i don't either disregard my last post i'll look into it later it's kinda late i tend to get off topic ....sorry
No biggy. cut off the exhaust infront of the rear cat. thats a good point to weld it to the longtubes. Or just go catless. I went with highflows

we can't go catless around here
Ah. then reuse the longer cat. that was my original plan but the internal of one just fell out so instead of catless i went with highflow. Basicly for better sound purposes. cats are basicly optional here. Hell our chief of police im my ******* town has an 07 f150 with straights and 40s

:D

this is a good way of getting my posts up. lol way off topic. but have you been to merdal (sp?) beach. my GF used to go there as a kid.

Eh. I dont care anyways. It really just makes it look nicer. I would just relocate it with the windstar. BTW i just put the intake spacer on and its pretty nice.
Relocate the EGR? How exactly are you going to do that??

Must be different on a sixxer. Us v8 guys need our front o2s as thats what controls tha A/F ratio. The rears on the 8s are only to tell the computer if the cats are working or not.
Its not different. Every tuner I have talked to told me to use the tuner to delete the rear O2s. This is including the Diablo Tuners when I had my predator, and Justin at VMP tuning who has disabled my rear O2s through the tune. I'm not saying this to argue with you guys, but if you do have your fronts deleted it may be causing your engine to run either really rich or really lean which could cause damage. Just because its running doesn't mean it running right. Do and believe what yall want though, its your car.

My LTs came with an egr bung. I kept it for a while then deleted it later.

The poping while in neutral or between shifts is a timing issue which should and can be resolved with a correct tune.

You know, Im really thinking hard about this... Maybe I did use the fronts? Putting everything together is making more sense to me now... And to top that off, I dont have cats, so why the hell would I need the rears ones anyway? I may have gotten my sensors backward.

MY SCT SF4 turns off the rears and only the rears, no option of the fronts.

The popping only happens now when its not at OP temp.

Wow, just wow. This section is turning into a cesspool of misinformation. There really should be a rule that if you dont know what you are talking about 100% then you shouldnt speculate.

The reason your car still runs without front o2s because its still going to go off the MAF/ECU maps to keep your AFR decent. Also without your front o2s your car wont go into closed loop. Meaning it wont adjust AFR based on other sensors (maf, ect.) so it can only go off the maps.

If you car was running like crap with the front o2s is either because they were damaged, or your tune was off. It was some other reason, other than just your o2s being plugged in.

All your EGR does is recirculate emmision gasses to reburn it. Its just to cut down on emissions. MAC long tubes have a egr bung so you can keep your EGR system.

You pretty much paraphrased for me...

this is right. you need to keep the front o2 sesnors but can delete the back ones
