Well my bro-in-law and I installed a Roush TVS on my ride on Wed and Thurs. I should have done this a long time ago. I used the stock GT crank pulley and a custom 8psi pulley so that I don't blow my engine. Knock on wood. The TVS manual and install was pretty straight forward but some parts were alil confusing. Some bags weren't labeled. Hooking up the heater hoses in the back was a big pain in the ass.
Swapping out the spark plugs was very stressful. Each plug sounded horrible and wanted to break. Lots of screeching. But all came out no problem. Only one plug was loose when you twisted the two piece design by hand.
The GT500 fuel kit was pretty straight forward. Used the write-up someone posted on here from the mustangforum. That helped alot. Only tough part was putting the fuel pump back in. Lots of squeezing and wiggling to get it in there.
The custom 8psi pulley and hub would have been easy as hell to install but we pushed the hub on too far and would not spin freely by hand. So we had to get a power steering pump pulley removal kit and backed the hub off just a bit and worked like a charm. Hub and pulley spun good by hand.
As for the test drive and driving around. All I can say is.....WOW. Love the power and feel of it just pushing you into the seat. Tires break loose like nobody's business. 1st and 2nd gear are useless with 4.10 gears but makes it fun as hell.
