You mean like a sleeper? High performance car in a "low" (I mean that comparitavely, not that a V6 Mustang isnt a performance car) performance car? If you do end up throwing a V8 in there, buy one of the new 5.0's and drivelines because throwing a 4.6L in there would just silly at this point :) Then again, maybe not :) It'd be a lot of work to go from the V6 to a V8... I thought about it for my 06 V6 w/ PP (Also in Vista Blue :)) but it was just cheaper to buy the V8, and the PP front grille and badges are far cheaper than going the other route :)
yeah I guess you could call it a sleeper. That's just what Dad called it when I was a kid.

I got what I could afford on what the bank gave me for a Max amount on a loan.

Sometimes you gotta roll with what you can afford! Nothing wrong with a V6 Mustang, I'd still drive the 06 I had if I did not have the option of getting the GT with the same payments and a much nicer interrior. Enjoy whatcha got :) Worst case, turn it into a sick sixer and run it through the curves rather than the 1/4mile, or do whatever. TO me, that is the joy of the Mustang, it is what it is, an affordable performance car to a lot of pay brackets and comes with options. Customize it how you want and when money becomes more available consider serious changes (or replacement) when you can. I drove both my 06 and my 09 like I stole them... they are cars, meant to be driven and enjoyed!

Welcome to "The best Mustang forum on the Web!!!" Florida Girl.

Have fun here. Lots of great info from some really wise people and lots of info from people that aren't so smart, I mean bright, no........ I mean wise. :D

:welcome

I looked into swapping my engine out with a v8, but decided it would be too expensive and difficult for me to change the engine, driveline, ecu, and then get to the suspension, so currently I am saving up for a little bit of forced induction via supercharger.

You've come to the right place to learn about your Mustang :)

I'd love to roll out there. Sadly She's in the Garage, the Alternator died on Wednesday. She will have to stay there until I can get her fixed. [[bummer]]

I think flat black accents would look good on your car. Along with some black wheels with chrome or machined lip. You can make sixxers look pretty damn good.

Correct, 7.5" differential.
Yahr, I remember mine had the worlds worst howl at highway speeds.... BLEH. I either can't hear any howl now because of the exhaust (Yay 8 cylinders) or because of the differential change... either way, I dont care, the GT is a nicer vehicle than my PP was and it's the same price per month :D

Florida's legal limit is like 35% up front if i'm not mistaken, but blending tent does not look good. There should be a Tint World in Tampa, I got mine done there with 15% all around. Have had it on the car for 3 years and never had any problem with cops.
Blending tint?

I can't find the Tint World here maybe I'm missing it.
