Ok so on my way home from work i got on her good up to about 120 merging onto the highway and when i was getting off the highway i noticed my clutch pedal seemed kind of squishy and was more shallow than normal... It might be that i just got a new pair of shoes too lol but does this sound like an actual problem or just some fluke?

no I know the feeling. curious as to what people have to say.

I say its something with the quadrant like Jersey said. Or just something that felt funny at the moment. Drive it for a while and see how it is

Lol^ Yeah like F8L said, it could just be coincidence. I know everytime after I beat on my car I always feel like somethings different and I get worried I broke something, it's just paranoia 99% of the time.

my car has 42000 miles on it and how do you even double clutch? i just bought my car a month ago, im 18 and have never owned a manual car before also im pretty quick at shifting. i thought granny shifting was just shifting really slow and letting your rpms go down before you shift again. im a noob i know

We have synchros so we don't need to double clutch. Dienasty was just giving you ****.

I had a squishy, shitty feeling pedal and what I did was used a socket and extension to push up on the white hook shaped part of the clutch assembly (over by the gas pedal). I pushed the clutch down (which brings the white hook up), pushed on the extension to hold the hook in place, and pulled out on the clutch pedal. That tightened things right up!
