i wanna get some lambo doors. from what i can tell, they range from 175 for a pair to 1500. i'm not tryna spend 1500. but i'm sure if i spend 175 they'll be crappy. does anybody know of a good place?

Suicide doors are hinged at the rear so they open from the front edge. This gets the entire door out of the way of your leg when your entering and exiting the car. Great idea for convenience. Try them some times. Here is the trouble with them. If they open while your moving, the air catches them and, well, you know... wham! I think the Suicide moniker came from when the greasers of the 50s would play chicken by racing towards the edge of a cliff. The first one to stop or bail out was the chicken. That door design was thought to make the bail out option impractical.

stage3motorsports.com sells a kit. dont know how reasonable the price is since i havent research lambo door kits. but i know they are a good company and most of their other stuff is fairly priced

I know it's your car and all...but please don't.
I'd go with a performance mod or rims and tires or something if I had 1500 layin around.
Or save up for a form of F/I.

Lambo doors that also open like normal doors are are pretty cool. One of the guys at D&G customs as a 2008 GT/CS with lambo doors that also open as lambo doors. For car shows he uses the lambo option but for track and everyday use he uses the normal option.

lambo doors fall into that same category...as well as clear tail lights, blue turn signals and frenched licence plates.:yes
