Ive seen them painted before. It doesnt look "bad" but I think it looks better just black.

We just talked about this the other day. I think it looks good. I like the Shinoda Boss spliter painted

Idk why, but the Shinoda Boss splitter rubs me the wrong way, no matter what finish it has on it.

Think of how many chips in the paint you would have if you had it painted. It would look horrible in like a week if you DD your car. I love the black.

I have rolled the cobra r on my dd for a few years now and just now noticing the wear. I know for sur it sits lower than any mach spliter even if it is droped 2". I just back into parking spots wih curbs

Dude, you just have to be really careful and cautious. I am on coil overs, probably a lot lower then you, and I havent hit it on anything yet. Its called being aware of your surroundings lol.

it is the exact same thing as the mach, just extends an extra 2" in th front. how does that make it look like rice?? If I were gong tha route of being different, thats the road I would take IMO. Oh, does the OP have a mach chin already? If so, it will look good whichever way

Yeah I haven't scrapped or bumped mine :crossesfingers but looks like it's holding up well.
