sorry not to be a dick but really. Go to the track and talk **** on autos. I am sure the fastest guys there will like to hear that autos have no respect.

well it was a combo with the faking badge and no knowledge of the car that lost my respect for the whole thing. love how you cut it off at 'it'

im not a shifter or GTFO out kinda guy, because the way they make autos and triptronics these days there putting down manuals...

just you have to admit that you have entirely more control over a car with a manual transmission. and i keep my mouth shut when it comes to my car, i know what i have and what it can do, so why talk **** when you cant back it up?


And RC04SVT how can you fundamentally make more torque than HP? because all around this site members post there specs and i see massive differences between them, going both ways. maybe it has to do with the cam or specifically a tune?

Yes you do have more control but to much IMO. Autos can also go with a manual valve body.
 
horsepower = torque x RPM / 5252 :dunno It is all in the engine I suppose. Look at diesels. That can make like double the tq than they do in hp.

I would respect diesels more if 90 percent of the drivers weren't d-bags around here!
 
i know what you mean there. i seriously had like 3 kids want to street race me with a damn diesel truck before.
had one pass me tonight. turbo did sound good but come on!

So his and this jeep **** around. Jeep couldn't pass him lol I catch up blow by both and slow down to 45 so have the truck try to pass but doesn't. I turn around and go home.

Idk why they insist on trying to show off

And I feel the same way about Diesel's. They sure do sound nice, but I can't stand it when the window's down and they step on the gas blowing all of the black smoke right at the car. That **** gets on my nerves.

Not sure why you see more HP than TQ numbers, the stock Eaton is known for the flat TQ curve it creates. It could depend on the tune, but i think its mostly the 4v, SC setup. and just think im on the stock pulley making 8-9 PSI,l cant wait for a pulley or an aftermarket blower

I made a thread about this a while back.


It is really pretty complicated, but also basic.


The larger, slower turning (rpm) engines will have higher torque per hp than the small displacement, high revving engines that have higher hp than tq.


Think about a crappy school bus. They only go up to 2k rpm ish, but they have enough power to move that huge hunk of steel. That is because they are large engines that pump out a ton of tq, but not much hp.



I'll have to find my thread because I don't feel like typing now, and I don't know if I understand all that goes into it well enough to explain it to you right now.
 
Don't wanna rain on your parade....but your not gonna make a ton more power
how do you get at that? an aftermarket blower is gonna make way more power than a stock eaton

after market blowers will always make power
 
don't forget it's getting twin turbos, supercharged, and a shot of nitrous! I hope those 7 1/2 pistons will be strong enough...:confused:
That's real...The Hellion Hell Rasier kit. Its for 04/03 Termi's but maybe GT with some fab. And spray if you wont. Called compound boost.
