the guys in the v-6 section can probubly help you better, but to generically answer your question, their pretty straight forward to replace, just loosten the flange up, let the exhaust drop down some, replace gasket & tighten the flange back up.
I didn't know the v6 had them. All I had on my V8 was a flange gasket on the passenger side. But I can't see it being to hard to do.
