So as some of you may know, I ordered a set of stealth FR500s from CC last month (5 weeks ago). The order is finally suposed to ship today. The 5 week wait is not my problem, but the customer service sucks!
1st they called and informed me that the offset of the wheels I ordered were on back order, but said that the 40MM offset would work on my car. At that time I told them that the other offset was fine and they were going to mount the tires and ship the order out that week.
After not recieving the wheels, I called them on 7/7 to inquires as to what the status of the order was. I was told that the tires had been on back order and were set to arrive the following day and would be mounted and shipped on 7/8.
Of coarse that did not happen, so I called them back on 7/15 and was given the same story (tires were coming in that day and would go out Friday) This also did not happen
Called back Monday and was told my order was not in the computer and the manager was going to call me when he got in the office and would work it out...Did I hear from him??? F*ck NO!
I called yesterday and was told that the tires were in, mounted and were shipping out yesterday. I was told I would recieve an email last night with a tracking number for the order.
Did this happen? HELL NO!!!! Why do they feel the need to keep lying about my order. I would have been fine with them telling me that the order will ship in 6 weeks, I just dont like being jerked around.
I called back today and was told the warehouse was too busy loading a truck to send to mustang week to deal with my little order yesterday!! They then said it is getting ready to ship now (we will see)
I asked to speak to a manager (to explain what i had been dealing with so that future customers will not have to deal with the same bs) and was told he was on the phone and I could hold for him (so of coarse I did)...What happens then?? I hold for 13 minutes only to be cut off and have to call back. When I called back I was told the manager was not in and I would have to call back later. What the hell is wrong with these idiots???!!! I will never order another M@ther F*cking thing from CC!
I have read several threads on various forums this morning about how piss poor their costomer service is...Wish I had known that before order the damn wheels/tires.
