So as some of you may know, I ordered a set of stealth FR500s from CC last month (5 weeks ago). The order is finally suposed to ship today. The 5 week wait is not my problem, but the customer service sucks!

1st they called and informed me that the offset of the wheels I ordered were on back order, but said that the 40MM offset would work on my car. At that time I told them that the other offset was fine and they were going to mount the tires and ship the order out that week.

After not recieving the wheels, I called them on 7/7 to inquires as to what the status of the order was. I was told that the tires had been on back order and were set to arrive the following day and would be mounted and shipped on 7/8.

Of coarse that did not happen, so I called them back on 7/15 and was given the same story (tires were coming in that day and would go out Friday) This also did not happen

Called back Monday and was told my order was not in the computer and the manager was going to call me when he got in the office and would work it out...Did I hear from him??? F*ck NO!

I called yesterday and was told that the tires were in, mounted and were shipping out yesterday. I was told I would recieve an email last night with a tracking number for the order.

Did this happen? HELL NO!!!! Why do they feel the need to keep lying about my order. I would have been fine with them telling me that the order will ship in 6 weeks, I just dont like being jerked around.

I called back today and was told the warehouse was too busy loading a truck to send to mustang week to deal with my little order yesterday!! They then said it is getting ready to ship now (we will see)

I asked to speak to a manager (to explain what i had been dealing with so that future customers will not have to deal with the same bs) and was told he was on the phone and I could hold for him (so of coarse I did)...What happens then?? I hold for 13 minutes only to be cut off and have to call back. When I called back I was told the manager was not in and I would have to call back later. What the hell is wrong with these idiots???!!! I will never order another M@ther F*cking thing from CC!

I have read several threads on various forums this morning about how piss poor their costomer service is...Wish I had known that before order the damn wheels/tires.

yeah i dont order from websites like that anymore, i ordered a front and back bumper for my old v6 and i understood some adjustments would need to be made to the kit

well my back bumper had to be cut in half and 4 inches of fiberglass added in the middle, and my front bumper was so off that i just said **** it and ordered a stock bumper with the roush stage 2 front valance (not from ground dynamics though)

the original bumpers were from ground dynamics however, ****in bastards wouldnt take the front bumper back either so its been sittin at a body shop for a few years, i dunno what to do with it
 
**** CC haha. They cant take legal action against you for saying what you feel. If there service is horrible, let the world know. The only thing they can do is either get better or go out of business.
 
I wasnt even really pissed until this week...Im pretty easy going for the most part, but this is ridiculous!!!
:eek: Sorry man, they were fantastic when I ordered my wheels. Got them w/in a week and they even cut me a discount

I hope things work out

I would be perfectly happy if they did go out of business.

Im sure if your order is in stock or they dont mess it up, they have fine service. but if they mess it up or something is on backorder, they can just tell you what the deal is.

I was about to order a new hood and front bumper from them a couple of weeks ago, but after giving them almost $1800 and getting treated like ****, I will definately be ordering the hood and bumper from somewhere else
 
i tried ordering smoked fog lights through them. after 7 days they still hadnt charged my account. my wife called (im in afganistan) and they said they were having problems with supplier. i immediately canceled.

on a side note. spread the word not to buy car stereo equipment from dealer cost car audio. goodle them and read reviews. i had a terrible experience with them and had to file fraud charges to get my money back.
 
We tried to get a group buy set up with them for some of the Godspeed wheels. It was a ****ing fiasco. Needless to say they lost 10-15 sets of wheels sold.

It sucks to hear that so many people have had problems with them. But I'm glad the word is getting around that they dont know how to conduct business.

Once again, last night I did not recieve an email with a tracking number as I was again told I would. I am willing to bet the damned order didnt ship! Too bad they make it impossible to get ahold of anyone that gives a ****.

AWESOME!!!! Now they say the order has shipped, but the tracking number doesnt work! UPS says that the order doesnt exist. CC said they have checked an rechecked the tracking number and they dont know why it doesnt work. They told me to call back tonight or tomorrow.

Fack Cruizin Concepts. These guys are all a bunch of idiots...
 
damn... sure sounds like some dumbass's! I hate that for ya bro! Hopefully your experience will save many more from being done so shitty! Those guys you are talking to only care about making there 6 dollars and hour and dont give a **** about if someone is happy or anything sells. Either way, they still get their 6 bucks an hour! lol
