Yea overdraft fees are insane now. I remember 3 years ago when I opened an account, they were like $11. Now Im getting charged $45. its retarded.

OP:

I say gears + install, midpipe and subframe connectors.
Do the subframe connectors need to be welded in?

You can bolt them in too. But its best to have them welded.

keep saving kid, or spray that thing and call it a day and keep the rest for a year supply of bottle fills. i say this every time but figure out what you want to do first then spend towards that goal. why do 4.10 gears and leave a stock diff and axles in if one day you want to make gobs of power and do some serious rpm dumps. or like in many peoples cases they did gears first but ended up building a monster and now they are to steep and they cant even make it threw a 1/4 mile. i know 4.10s in my car wont get me to the finish line.

Wow.....Car parts > bills....

Kinda reminds me of those people you see with a 1k beat to **** cutlass, 5k rent a wheel wheels and tires theyre paying nearly 25% interest on, and theyre living in a shack. Goes to show where peoples priorities are. Then people cry when their credit sucks.
Once you get there, its really hard to get out. There is an old saying, "If you find yourself in a hole--stop digging."

Off topic and all but I had that KILLLLL me one time. At one time I had a gas card. I put bank card into gas pump instead of gas card, hit cancel, put gas card in, pumped gas. Went about my way buying stuff from store next few days, couple of things being soda, food, etc for a couple bucks.

Turns out pump wacked out and charged the gas to my bank which I didnt know about. Ended up getting charged TONNNNNS of overdrafts. That $1.50 soda ended up being 31.50. Luckily they were reasonable and removed all the charges though.
Banks make more money on overdraft fees then they do interest on loans. Congress passed a law earlier this year that makes it illegal for banks to charges these fees without your permission. Since then banks are using every method possible to get people to sign up.

My son went through a terrible time because of overdraft fees. He didn't watch his balance very closely (his fault) and went over by a very small amount. He had overdraft protection to a credit card. But (since he didn't know they took the money) he overdrafted again. Week after week the back kept hitting him with overdraft fees that went straight to his credit card. The problem came when the credit card was full. The fees basically took three full paychecks before he came to me for help. We worked through this and he's solid now, but I don't recommend anyone signing up for those fees. The only thing they do is enrich the bank at your cost.

Back to topic, with as much money as I have spent on my car I can't criticize anyone for spending on mods (unless they are borrowing money to do it). For $900 get gears and a tuner. It will really change the way your car performs.

You are in Miami, some of the best blow and hookers on the planet.

If you dont want that, maybe find some cubans on the beach and offer them 20 bucks a piece to dance like a fool?

Tease homeless people to do stupid **** for a 10 spot?

Honestly, if you have school, Id worry about that first. Thats just me, after doing a 4 yr college and now a 2yr tech school program, get your education then you will get the job that will let you spend all the money you want on the car.

But again thats just me, and I like the making cubans dance on the beach idea

Random question, is it best to have 4.10s or 3.73s with nitrous?

when i asked that question i was told 4.10s unless ur a vagina :lol
haha I guess that answers that... I was recently looking under my car and I saw what looked like aftermarket subframe connectors. They are black short metal pieces that run halfway under the car on both sides, but they look like they are bolted in place.
they look like these:

Do our cars have something like this from factory?
