Tan interior, with black dash visors, etc.
Is $18 a lot of the knob to pull the lights on and off? That was the dealer price. Just hoping to find it cheaper...but for now pliers work well. lol I noticed that a piece (ground effect?) is missing from right behind the passenger side tire. Maybe you can see it in the pictures?
The side mirror was broken off on the right side as well. I have the housing for the mirror, but don't know if it's going to be able to repaired. It's also missing the mirror off the housing.
The way I look at it, is it runs okay, not perfect. It takes about 5 seconds to get it turned over. O2 sensor be the reason? Interior is a mess, and it has some what I consider minor cosmetic stuff on the body. Any guesses on how much I spent on my "new car"?

yeah how much did you spend?

if it comes back that it is your bank 2 sensor, make sure your cats are still on the car. I got rid of my cats and my check engine light stays on because my bank 2 o2 sensor gets a bad reading. if thats the case nothing to worry about

Usually aftermarket radios have more than color codes. Most the ones I installed have little pieces of tape saying what the wire is. But I could imagine how that would suck. The things I take for granted, haha.

I've tried to figure out how to post pictures on here, and I'm not having one bit of luck. Sorry y'all. Let me know what you think. :tomato

A actually got something done today, I put the rear view mirror back on! I know minor detail, but it's so nice to have one while I drive. Next is the right side mirror.

Has anyone done their own interior? I know it's possible, just not sure how to go about it.

Thanks y'all!
Jen
I think your best bet would be to find a junkyard and pull out an interior from there. You can more than likely get your missing front passenger side ground effect there as well. Any 94-04 interior will fit but there was a better console design that came out in 01 I believe. They also switched the radio panel out in 01 as well. It can all be swapped though.

I have a cousin that bought a 96 cobra new in 97 and she recently swapped out the entire interior from a 03 cobra including the mach 1000 stereo system. Her car is the same color as yours. She also had the seats reupholstered and changed out the center section from the gray suade to a burgandy leather and had the cobra emboidered in the burgandy as well.

the haze on your lights always looks like it is on the inside, it only take a little bit of elbow grease and very light sand paper or the 3m kit that they already mentioned and they will clean up nicely. I have spent alot of time working on mine but they look brand new. You should move to florida we dont have inspections here anymore. Those things suck! WELCOME!!

Last year there was a push in NC to get rid of them as well but the tree huggers won.:(

I know of a few people that would have headlights.I'm not sure if or how much they'd charge to ship them though.
