Hey,
so far you guys have been great in helping me out with everything else. Hopefully you can help me with this engine tick.

Here's a video:

Is it supposed to sound like that?

Also, here's a list of mods done to the car:
Engine bored to 306ci. Forged pistons, F303 cam, roller lifters, roller rockers, Aluminum heads, Edelbrock aluminum valve covers, Edelbrock upper and lower intake, MSD ignition, Cold air induction, headers w/flo thru cats and flowmasters, Aluminum flywheel, Cobra clutch, new 4.11 rear gear, Aluminum drive shaft w/safety loop, Racing tach, short throw shifter

Thanks guys.

Put your hand on the valve covers and see if you feel the ticking. It could be anything but most likely its a rocker arm. Did this just start?

put a screwdriver on the valve cover with the handle at your ear see how loud it gets.... and if it sounds like its ticking... it could be a bad header gasket or maybe some of your bolts fell out of your header...

What size RR's did you put in? Could be rockers tapping the valve cover. If it's not an exhaust leak, pull a valve cover off and inspect for marks to see if they were tappin.

I didn't put the RRs in, the guy who owned the car before me did.
But I believe they were 1.6

Also, I have tall edelbrock valve covers, so is it even possible for them to touch?
Stock RR's are 1.6. If you have "taller" edelbrocks...they're not touching. But if you're unsure what they are, pull a cover off and check em out.
