Hey guys. I was informed that I should introduce myself. I'm from California and love modding cars. I had previously had a lancer (sorry for the imports) in which I turboed myself but didn't tune. Now I plan on turboing my modular mustang (2001 GT) down the line, but, from the looks of it (reading some threads), I picked the wrong car to do so. Oh well. I obviously picked the wrong car before but it was always fun going faster than was it was meant to be.
If you guys have any questions about my sales please feel free to look me up at evolutionm.net. I have the same screen name over there.

welcome to the MM

Up and down the whole place because of family members (I visit them esp when I find parts at different areas). Mainly in the central valley.

:wave Welcome to MM!

Right car, wrong state.

I've never seen a CARB-legal turbo kit. :(

If you want legal boost, you'll have to go with a supah-chahgah.

:welcome
I so just spent 15 mins looking for Gary Dourdan saying chahgah

Car is basically stock. I only have a cold air intake springs and a body kit. The previous owner also welded on some muffler's. I think the shocks are blown because of the springs and I am having some uneven wear on the front left tire so I am debating if I should just get new shocks/struts with MM camber plates or if I should go the coilover route (eibach has a set that isn't going to crush me financially like the K2's)

Well, that's a question better thrown to the tech area, but the short version is that it depends on your goals for the car and what your budget is.

yea, I didn't want to start a new thread because there are a lot out there. I am just going through them and will be making a decision by the end of the month (for my winter modding season, ha ha.)
