Well i finished up my new compressor install and it went real smooth. While i was under there i went ahead and put a new air filter on and pulled the sway bar and damn what a difference. Car does roll a lil more but when i gave it about 5/8 throttle, car definitely sat back more and that left front rises better! I like it. If thats just a taste of what suspension mods do, count me it!!!

And as far as the air filter.... Yeah, i threw it on the floor and holy **** what a mess. Guy at autozone was like "yeah id say that thing has been done with for a while! I had no idea that it was that filthy so it should breathe alot better! :yes

Summary... Anyone that has been questioning removing the front swaybar... DO IT. And dont forget to check your air filter! :D

hmmm when i took my front sway bar off of both my cars i didn't feel ****, besides the poor handling lol. glad to know it actually works. pics of your air filter? i wanna see how dirty it is :p

Maybe its more "dramatic" beause of my shitty suspension for so long then adding the slicks and removing it at the same time. The power prolly doesnt hurt to dramatize it more. I like it though.

Let me see if i can get some pics of it. lol...

was going to get the strange struts. How much are the Tokico?

casper what do you think of the filter? You think my new one (just like it) should do some good?

im going to be honest, I got strange struts for the front and they aren't as noticable as the shoocks in the bac, as far as the change in adjustments. Not saying don't get them, but maybe consider a drag oriented shock like a lakewood 70/30 or 90/10

I say hold off on the front other than the sway bar till you get the back done.

I just need struts on the front. Ive already got some 4 cyl spring in the garage to go up front.

As far as the rear, I just need the LCA's and to weld up my SFC's. Was gunna get shocks too but :dunno

what I'm saying is that you have no way of knowing if the fox springs/strange 10 ways are the right decision for the front till you get the rear sorted out.
just tryiing to help keep you from doing the front twice.
