Supercoupe + nitrous = 15.00? Just curious

In all honesty I don't think your going to get any help over here on that subject, and you really didn't ask a specific question.

thanks for the advise. not really sure what it runs on the strip it will probably do 11 sec but i just got done with all those mods probably a month ago and never had a chance to really drive it since then. when i created my profile i just threw out a number cause i don't really know right now its getting tuned up and it should be a beast this summer. it is winter in Michigan so no driving my baby. but as soon as summer comes keep a look out cause i will be adding the numbers on hear.

11seconds with a supercoupe engine

check dragtimes.com man....most supercoupes with engine work hit high 14s low 15s...i did find a supercoupe with the boost raised to 16psi, spearco intercooler, short throw, gears ran a 14.38 @ 94.42mph

like i said i don't know its really my first car that i have built like this one. im only 23 an i always been into cars. but i never really had the time or the money to do a project of this magnitude. so far i got close to 15,000 grand into the car. so like i said i don't know what it will do. its pushing close to 350 without nitrous and with 450 i'm trying to get it up to 550 and the guy that tuning it said i will have to in another 1500 to 2000 to get it to that mark. but its getting their and i'm happy with that. i probably will run it one or two times down the strip but that will probably be it. im doing this cause i like to an i really want this car to be a beast ya know.

Actually in the past few years, E.T.'s in the SC/XR7 community have dropped significantly. Check out SCCOA or the ET list from our annual race, the SC/XR7 Shootout.

Here's a vid of my coworker's 91 SC at GIR back in 2006. That car is not only full weight, it's a pig at 4200 lbs. It even had a cooler of refreshments in the trunk that he forgot to take out before that pass was made. And that's the slower one of his two daily driver SC's. :)

All that being said, just from the lack of info on the OP's behalf, I do doubt we're talking about a 11 sec car here.

Unless you've swapped to a AR or Whipple, dual 3" is going to be way overkill. Even the MPX doesn't move enough air to warrant dual 3".
