Obviously I just joined here but I've been a member of the online mustang computer for better than a decade. and Let me just preface by saying there is alot to read here, if it were not my own experience I'd possibly not believe it, and maybe even find it funny. I put this post up as a warning to others considering doing business with this company. In addition to the below I just filed with the BBB about them.....
THIS IS THE LETTER I JUST SENT TO DISPUTE WITH PAYPAL
I apologize in advance for the spelling and grammar here. I am doing this at work and have very very limited time.
To whom it may concern. I place an order through cruizin concepts for a Urethane Saleen bodykit and a Polyurethane spoiler for my 2000 mustang. The bodykit arrived at the body shop on friday the 18th. I received a call and was told my parts were in and there was a problem. When I went down the guys told me that the parts were junk. With parts like this one usually expects about 2-3 hours of prep time per part. We had discussed a price of $1000 to install the parts. They said to prep and install this kit would now cost almost 3-4 thousand dollars...and there was no promise they would come out looking good because of how poor they are. The body shop told me that more than likely the parts came out of a bad mold or came out out of the mold too early.
I called cruizin concepts and explained the situation. I called claims and the man I spoke to simply stated that they are not responsible for the parts. He said I would need to contact the manufacturer of the parts because they are only the wholesaler. I explained that they are responsible for providing me the part I payed for. He told me they would not. His only solution was for me to return the kit, shipping at my cost (probably around $200) and forfeit the shipping to me($165) and pay a 25% re stocking fee. Obviously this wasn’t going to work. I asked for a manager and sat on hold on two seperate occasions for over 30 mintues that friday with no one coming to the phone. I finally talked to a manager who I think was named Mike. Mike offered no solution. I asked mike if either A) they know the parts they are selling are junk or B) I got a bad part for some reason. He would not answer, only told me to pay return shipping, restocking and forfeit the shipping to me.
I called paypal on sat or sunday this past weekend and said I would give one more shot a resolution with the company on mondaybut asked what I would need for the dispute. The women I talked to also recomended that I try one more time. On sat. we we also opened the spoiler and looked at it better. Turns out they didn’t send the right spoiler. It wasn’t even made of the right material. I figured there would be problems so I took a screenshot and printed it of the sppoiler and it’s description on sunday the 20th.
On monday I called and talked with Dave, who is supposed to be the claims manager. I explained my problem with the bodykit and the spoiler. He asked for pics of the spoiler. I told him that the spoiler was supposed to be polyurethane and there was supposed to be no cutout for an led brake light. I forwarded him pics of what I got, and then the link to the description and picture. He emailed me back telling me I got the right wing. While on the phone he asked if I direct him to the page with the description and wing. As I did and loaded the page myself the company went and switched the description and pictures. I said well it's not there now. He said see, your clearly mistaken, we sent you the right product. I then explained I had a screenshot from their website dated a day earlier. I read him the description word for word. He said he had no idea what I was talking about, though he obviously did, then asked for me to scan it to him. I explained that after playing all these games with me why would I even waste my time scanning this to them when they clearly had no intention of doing anything other than taking my money and not fixing the problems. I reluctantly scanned. He then emails me back and tells me the description was in fact wrong about he material of the wing...but then he says the picture of that car that I was looking at was the wing I got. When clearly it wasnt. I told him he needs to to get his eyes checked out. The only thing he offered is me again paying for return shipping and then waiving the restocking fee. I told him this is not acceptable. It's a clear bait and switch. I hung up with the manager and called you guys. I can give you any pics or whatever you need. The description of the wing and the picture of the product is clearly not what I got.
Today, I also talked to the manufacturer of the bodykit. KBD BODYKITS Talked with KEN. Ken said what is standard of their kit is a prep time of 2-3 hours per part. So they clearly were made bad. I have no choice but to file. I want my money back and don't want to deal with this company. Bait and switch is illegal. I don't want to exchange the parts, I want nothing to do with these people. They are unethical. I just want my money back.

Below is a blown up pic of the wing in the pic when I bought. And on a sad note the one the manager "DAVE" told me was actually the same wing I got, just painted white. Notice how there is clearly no cuts for the led light. I can't even believe that guy told me that it was the same wing. I told him to get his eyes checked...
As noted above I have now filed with paypal and the BBB. I highly advise you guys consider doing biz elsewhere. This has truly been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.
