I installed my american muscle cai and accufab plenum and roush tb today. Everythings ok no cel's or nothing but my tb sticks here n their when I get on the gas pedal, I was told some 75mmtb's have a vaccumm seal lock issue because their is no hole in them for pressure to release like the stock one? how can I fix this issue? Also my cai is making a whistling/turbo sound like their is a leak or something I checked every hose and clamp its all on tight is that normal to sound like that?

yes with a bigger plenum and CAI your car will whistle its ok. Not sure about yout TB sticking though.
k im gonna try settin the screw a tad, still though ive had cai's before in mustangs but this is making a swshh type sound like its turbod lol not a whistling like they normally do any ideas?

mine cai whistle too at about half throttle, and my 75mm tb stuck too at first so i just made a couple of adjustment's on the throttle and it seem's to be working great now.
my intake also whistles and my 75mm tb stuck at first. a gave it time and it stopped. i figured it was cause it was new. 2 weeks of driving and it didnt do it anymore.
If it stick when you first press the throttle at idle with the motor on, and it doesn't with the motor off, then it's a vacuum lock. Like Bottled said, turn the stop screw about a 1/16th to let a little air past the butterfly valve.
