The only thing I would recommend is getting MT Radials for your current wheels...

Unless your goal is to drive around on the street with marsh-mellows.....
I don't know what you're trying to say, but I would run a ET Street (bias-ply) not radials. Bias-ply tires work out better with stick shift cars due to the initial shock of a stick shift launch with the softer sidewalls, versus the stiffer sidewalls of a radial tire which work better on auto cars that keep the tire loaded from the minute it leaves the line with the converter pre loaded to when it goes through the traps.

You should do 3" cowl. :)
 
Does it have to be a specific brand? Cause I swear I seen a 3" cowl (non cobra r hood) somewhere before :shiftyeyes
