I'm thinking about changing out my springs for a eibach pro-kit. I want to put new isolators in because my car squeaks too much on bumpy roads so I figured I might as well change the springs for fun if there is a better set. It sounds like I'm driving a POS. I have Ford Racing B springs right now. Has anyone compared these springs and will there be a difference in traction/handling/drop?

if you do check out the cjponyparts.com prokit you will be on back order,i have been on back order for 3 weeks now,and i was told through email it will be sometime next week before they get them in stock,but for the price i can wait.since it is snowing it will be awhile before i can put them on

No I've never been able to find what was wrong. The voltage still drops when I go WOT. I've replaced the alternator multiple times and I bought a new battery too.

Yes, the CJ Pony Parts Pro Kit is the same thing as the Eibach Pro Kit, except it doesn't say Eibach on them.

Without isos, the picture in my sig makes the car seem lower than it actually is. I was pushing pretty hard in that corner so the springs were compressed. Here they are at normal height. Btw that's 01KnightRiderGT's car next to mine and he runs full coilovers.

Yea it barely looked lowered with the isos in. I don't have any noises or squeaks with the isos out which is nice.

I forgot that you have a convertible so the drop should be almost 1/4" lower for me at the front. I went with the cj pony kit with isos. I'll post pics to compare when I get them installed.

this one is with eibach sportlines & new iso's, tokico shocks/struts, cc plates

they dont look very different but before every bump hit hard and you could tell the struts and shocks were wore out bad..rides like a champ now
and I still have those gripp springs if anyone is interested in buying

Yeah they are just sending me the isolators for now which isn't very useful.
