Ok I'm a newbie building my first mustang with the help of a few friends.
1993 Mustang Gt stock to start with. This is what we've slapped together the last 2 month.
E 303 cam
mac shorty headers
flowmasters x pipe
70mm mass air
65mm throttle body bbk.
BBK cool air intake
24lb fuel injectors
gt 40 heads, greatly ported and polished by BHP Racing in Michigan
Stock 5.0 lower intake Ported and polished by BHP.
Stock upper intake.
After Market Pully set.
MSD ignition coil
3:73 rear end going in soon, stock 308 right now.
Seems to run fairly strong, a bit of hesitation in the 3500rpm range. Running a bit warmer than before.
My question is should I go with a different upper and lower intake? If so any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
I will be getting a dyno tune soon.
This is just going be a fun car to zip around Woodward and Telegraph, and the occasional trip to Milan. Stomp the occasional Camaro. Just want to do it right. Thanks in advance for any help and please excuse my lack of knowledge. I'm learning quickly.
