Well guys, it has been 2+ years since I've been to a dragstrip with my car...and that was a Cavalier. After 3 failed attempts to get my 5.0 there, yesterday yielded success. Got 4 runs in. The wind was horrible and my newbieness with this car showed in a BIG way.

Runs were 12.6, 12.3, 13.6 (Had a REALLY good burnout, but bogged like a mofo), and a 12.7.

Boss Intake manifold, BBR Tune, and nitto 555r's. Some suspension goodies too, but only what was needed to get the geometry right for the 1.5" frpp k-springs. Shocks are desperately needed. She looks like a weeble wobble if I don't shift fast enough.

LOL, fix it, you don't want the chevy guys laughing....

Nice, more seat time and that beast will be down in the 11s.:D

The guy in the f-body that I ran on the first pass wasn't laughing...I ran a 12.7 with the car fresh off the highway...he ran a 13.4 with a fully done up race car.
